Using the Mac & Cool quick cooling dish is as simple as 1-2-3. 1.) FILL IT - Remove the plastic screw cap and pour 1 cup of water into opening. Replace cap. 2.) FREEZE IT - Place Mac & Cool disk flat in freezer until water is frozen (approx. 3-4 hours). Store in freezer so it's ready whenever you serve hot food. 3.)
