These great hooded Kushies Rain Jackets for infants and toddlers are soft and light weight and do not restrict movement for busy toddlers. They have two cute pockets on the front and one cute larger pocket on the back. The top halves are fully lined with 100% soft yellow cotton fabric, and the bottom halves are lined with breatable cotton mesh. They have Reflectors around the hems for safety. 100% Vinyl Exterior. Can be worn over light or heavy clothing. Zippers are covered both on the inside and the outside with exteriour fabric.
