The oval shape and rounded edges allow easy passage when open. Closed, it extends only 4" from the wall. It features a safety belt with unbreakable buckle (non Velcro) and dual dispensers for liners and wipes with molded-in safety graphics. Steel rod support re-enforcement, all hardware and complete installation instructions come with unit and it can be mounted on 16" or 24" centers on wood or metal studs, sheetrock / tile or re-enforced hollow walls.
